Rules & Regulations.

  1. Students must behave properly, humbly respectfully to the elders, teachers, school staff, parents peers and juniors in and out of the campus.

  2. Every student must bring his/her School Almanac to School daily and show on demand.

  3. Students who come to school by their own vehicles should reach the school before the start of Morning Assembly.

  4. Students must be habitually clean and always be neatly dressed.

  5. All boys must keep their hair short. Girls must tie their hair neatly with a black Ribbon / Band. Use of Kajal, Nail polish is strictly prohibited.

  6. Care must be taken of all School property.

  7. Lending or borrowing money or other articles is not permitted.

  8. Parents can meet the subject teachers before or after the class hours only, with the consent of the Principal.

  9. Students may be suspended on the following grounds at the discretion of the Principal :
    - Disciplinary
    - Unsatisfactory progress
    - Any other ground that the Principal deems necessary/appropriate in the interest of the school.

  10. Firing crackers or splashing colours during Diwali / Holi or on any other day in the school premises is strictly forbidden. Non-compliance of these instructions can result in expulsion from the school.

  11. The name, class and section of the pupils should be clearly marked on all belongings of the students.

  12. School Appointments, Monitors, Duty Students, Scholars etc. should wear their respective badges daily.A fine of Rs. 50/- shall be charged if a child loses his/her badge.

  13. All students are expected to arrive on time. Students who arrive late for more than 5 minutes may be denied entry and late entry shall be made / recorded in his / herAlmanac.

  14. A student must not co- operate or indulge in any act of violence committed by other students which harms any student physically or mentally.

  15. Parents and guardians of all students must contact on PTM days to discuss the progress of their ward. This is compulsory.

  16. The school reserves to itself the right to expel any student whose diligence, or progress in studies is steadily unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.

  17. Any kind of misuse and damage of school property will result in severe action by the school authority.The school will charge appropriate fine for the damage caused.

  18. Any kind of toys, electronic gadgets, cell phone, watches, gold jewelry or sharp articles etc. are not allowed to bring in the school or else it will be confiscated. In case of the loss of valuables, the authority shall not undertake any responsibility for the loss.

  19. Students are not allowed to wear colour dresses on their birthdays from class VI onwards. Birthdays can be celebrated only by distribution of one rupee sweet/toffee.

  20. In order to ensure proficiency in English, students must speak in English during school hours except in the periods of other languages.

  21. Use of foul language and deceitful behavior will be considered a major offence and can lead to suspension of the child from the school.

  22. Student should be punctual and reach school on time. Silence should be maintained at the time of assembly, while moving in the corridor, in class rooms, school premises and in school buses.

  23. A students' council is selected every year to maintain discipline in the school. Students must obey the council members as they are the authority representatives.

  24. The class room and campus must be kept clean and presentable all the time.

  25. When ever students are coming to school on academic as well as non academic days, they should always be in school uniform, failing which they will be sent home.

  26. Disciplinary Action : In a situation where a child is not meeting the required expectations of behavior, it is our aim to use positive reinforcements and incentive wherever possible. However, there are times when limits need to be reinforced and punishments issued in order to change the behavior which does not meet expectations. For the first time of any type of misbehavior relating to any of the above mentioned behavior policies, the same will be entered in the Student’s file with the Principal and a first warning will be given. On the second occasion of any misbehavior, the parent will be intimated besides entering the same in the Student’s File and second warning will be given.Third time of misbehavior, suitable disciplinary action will be taken, including termination.

  27. Lost Property :
    All articles lost and found are kept in the lost property office / Games and Sports Room.These are displayed in the morning assembly and shown to the students. Unclaimed articles are further displayed on PTM’s day for the parents to identify and for receiving.
