Combining work and study is a key factor at Riverdale School.

All students must gain practical experience during their academic education.

 

The club concept is seen as an opportunity to adapt to group life, form good lifelong habits and promote a volunteer spirit. Club activities complement the teaching staff and provide students with the practical training they need in everyday life.

The school organizes various club activities where students can show their talent.

2.Public Speaking Club

 

The purpose of a public speaking club is to help students build confidence, improve their communication

skills, and develop effective public speaking techniques. It aims to provide a platform for students to

express their thoughts, ideas, and opinions in a structured and articulate manner. Public speaking club

can have several benefits for students. It helps improve their self-confidence, enhances their ability to

express ideas clearly, develops critical thinking skills, and boosts their overall communication skills.

 

3.Geography Club

 

Geography club is to foster a love for geography and promote a deeper understanding of the world

around us. It aims to create a platform for students to explore different geographical concepts, cultures,

landscapes, and current events. Geography clubs often have access to various learning resources such as

maps, atlases, globes, books, documentaries, and online platforms that provide information and

interactive tools for exploring geography.



 

4.Aryabhata Club

 

The Aryabhata Club is a student organization in schools that focuses on promoting interest and

knowledge in the field of mathematics. Named after the renowned Indian mathematician and

astronomer Aryabhata, the club aims to create a platform for students to explore and engage in these

subjects beyond the regular curriculum.

5.Quiz Club

The purpose of a quiz club is to foster a love for learning, critical thinking, and general knowledge among

students. It provides a platform for students to enhance their knowledge, improve their problem-solving

skills, and develop teamwork and collaboration. Quiz clubs help students to participate in inter-school or

regional quiz competitions.

 

 

6.Dance/ Natraj Club

 

Dance/Natraj club is to promote physical activity, artistic expression, teamwork, and self-confidence

among students. It serves as a platform for students to learn various dance styles, improve their skills,

and showcase their talents. It also help students to perform in inter school competition.

 

7.Art Club/Picasso

 

Art clubs for students in school are extracurricular activities that provide opportunities for students to

explore and express their creativity through various art forms. These clubs typically offer a range of

activities such as drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, and other visual arts.

 

 

8. Martial Art Club

 

Martial art club is to promote physical fitness, discipline, self-confidence, and self-defense skills among

students. These clubs often focus on teaching students the techniques, principles, and philosophies of

martial art. They may also emphasize values such as respect, perseverance, and sportsmanship.

 

9.Social Service:-

 

Social service club for students in our school focuses on engaging students in various community services

activities and projects. These clubs aim to promote social responsibility, empathy, and a sense of civic

duty among students.

 

10.Music/The Voice Club

 

Music clubs for students in school that provides opportunities for students to explore and engage in

various aspects of music. These clubs typically cater to students who have an interest in playing musical

instruments, singing, composing, or simply appreciating music.

 

11.DigiX/Photography:-

 

Our school's photography club improves the student's ability to click beautiful photos. In our hobby club, students are trained like professionals to use a professional camera and click photos. Photos are an interesting way to capture memories. This club helps students grow in a proper environment and motivates them. A professional camera is not easy to use. Students are taught how to focus the camera, how to click pictures and how to process to enhance the image.
